Involve them in your planning and decision making for your business growth if they are a good company you wont get ripped off after all they know they will only get to do that the once and there are plenty of others out there to take their place.
A few words of advice though, listen to what your support company has to say. Many companies fail to heed sound advice and then realise only to late they are now playing catch up.
